Glad that the legal system in the UK is as impartial as ever.

BBC NEWS | Business | Illegal downloaders 'face UK ban'
Ah! The issues of law, privacy and piracy on the high seas of the cyber pond.
So, let me see if I have this right.
It is ok to use the internet to copy the works of a student as a basis determining the legality of a war, (September Dossier / Iraq Dossier) but it is not ok to download the latest copy of "Instantly Forgettable" by the Over-hyped.
Have I understood this correctly?
BBC NEWS | Business | Illegal downloaders 'face UK ban'
Amonst the Have Your Say comments regarding file sharing, this one just about sums up the situation that we humans currently find ourselves.
Late Edit
Just remembered I have this feed for further information on the subject.

BBC NEWS | Education | Public asked to check on children
This is a pile of crap too!
I reported to the Children's Commissioner, the case of a child who had been in a house while a woman was gang-raped.
Guess what happened?
Nothing.
The child still resides with this rapist.
The perpetrator also sent indecent images to a 14 year old and was subsequently charged with inciting a minor for sex and sentenced to 200 hours community service.
So don't waste your time, it only brings heartache for yourself.

BBC NEWS | Wales | South West Wales | Delay in sealing murder evidence
This is nothing new.
I have personally witnessed the standards of forensic evidence gathering and the lengths that police officers will go to in distorting the truth to cover their incompetence.
