Well enough of my rantings and on to something which I came across on the BBC's Click Online programme. I like watching Katie Russell, I also like listening to her web reviews, but mainly I like watching Katie.
Thought of you Divinyl whilst writing this article :-D.

This post is really for Divinyl.
Her site is such a mine of musical memories for me.
Things I had put away and forgotten. Things that are reminders of my place in space and time.

This T.Rex music book has been in my life for over 30 years. I have played around with some of the more familiar ones, busked my way through them, allowed the lyrics to form patterns and images in my mind.
Largely though, I haven't a clue what Marc was singing about on most of them.

Divinyl does Bob Harris Shocker!! LOL

Once again, Divinyl has triggered a long cherished but forgotten memory today.

Checking out her feed in Netvibes and her post of Sam Baker being interviewed by Bob Harris from the BBC brought back watching Bob introduce some fantastic music to this young teenager, staying up way past his bedtime.


So now old Bob is back on the menu boys!
